2012 1st Quarter Market Update for Coronado, CA

The Coronado Housing Market has picked up substantially in the 1st Quarter (Q1) 2012, which is evidenced by the 25% increase in home sales in Coronado compared to the Q1 2011.
Q1 2012 saw 54 homes sold with an average sales price of $1,174,000 at 121 Days on the Market. The average home sold in Q1 2012 was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1900 square foot home.
By comparison, in Q1 2011, 46 homes sold with an average sales price of $1,446,000. The average home featured 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2000 square feet.
Therefore, while we have seen a 19% decrease in the average sales price of homes in Coronado, we have seen a 25% increase in sales volume. The increase in sales volume is decreasing the current marketShare on Twitter Share on Facebook
