Coronado 4th of July Schedule 2014

Summer is now in full swing! Which means it's almost time for the biggest day of the year; 4th of July!
The schedule for the big day has been released, and it looks like it's going to be another excellent year!
5:00 AM: Get your spots for the parade!
You cannot start setting up on Orange Avenue before 5:00, but be sure to get started when you can, there will be a lot of traffice again this year!
7:00 AM: Independence Day 15K Run-5K Run/Walk
Registration starts at Tidelands Park at 5:30 AM. For more information, click here.
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Art in the Park
Spreckels Park (6th Street and Orange Avenue)
9:00 AM: Annual Rough Water Swim
Check in starts at 7:30 Am at Central Beach. For more information, click here.
10:00 AM: Independence Day Parade
From 1st and Orange to Churchill Place. 2013 theme: America the Beautiful
2:30 - 4:00 PM: Adrian Emprie Demo in Spreckels Park
Recreation of Western European culture between the years of 1066-1603. San Diego Star Wars Society will be available for photos in Spreckels Park.
4:00 PM: Concert in the Park
Coronado Community Concert Band will be playing in Spreckels Park
Over Glorietta Bay, with music by KYXY on 96.5 radio
