FAQ: What is a "Hot Sheet"?

A Hot Sheet is a term that Real Estate Agents use for the activity in a specific market (usually a specific zip code) for a period of time.

The "activity" includes all new listings, price changes, pending changes, sold properties, withdrawn listings, expired listings, and canceled listings.  The Hot Sheet can be used for any type of property: Single Family Residential (SFR), 2-4 units on one lot, multiple family residential (5 or more units on one lot), etc.

On our blog, we post a weekly hot sheet for activity within Coronado for all single family residential homes in the following categories: new listings, price changes, pending changes, and sold properties.  To make it easy for our clients, we break down the hot sheet between the Coronado Village, Cays, and Shores.

If you have any questions or would like to see the hot sheet for another area, let us know!
