This property was also part of the Little Italy project. A former rooming house, this building had to be completely re-engineered to provide for a new foundation. All electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were replaced. Extensive interior modifications to the second floor provided a better layout for offices. This building can be seen from I-5 at the Front Street Exit.

THE BUNGALOWS ON FRONT STREET
The Bungalows were part of the Little Italy project. These cute one bedroom homes were in pretty good condition, requiring only new windows, heaters and cosmetic improvements. They are currently rented to law students attending Thomas Jefferson Law School.
