This is one of the few commercial projects Dave has undertaken. Recognizing the terrific location of the former Chevron Station, Dave decided to undertake the effort required to obtain environmental clearance to build on the lot. And, not wanting to get into a fight with City Hall, Dave called the Mayor and asked what the Mayor would like to see on the lot. The present structure represents the City's desires. The building is a two story commercial/retail structure with underground parking for 21 cars. We are proud of the result and happy that it is 100% leased!

Originally built for Dave and his family, this attractive home is approximately 3000 square feet with a three car garage. This home was duplicated by other builders twice in the 700 block of I Avenue.
