925 First Street
925 First Street is a home that was built for Jim and Libby Pendleton under Dave's supervision. This large home has two separate garages to accommodate Jim's many hobbies. It was also built upside down (the living area on the top floor) to take advantage of the bay views.

757 - 767 F STREET
This six-unit, two-building condo project was completed in 1991. A unique design (since copied many times) that provided for preservation of a very large Torrey pine tree on the south side of the property. Two of the units in each building were townhouse style, and one was a flat over the tandem garages.
