Whether your home is a short sale requiring extra negotiations with a bank, a probate requiring court confirmation, or a traditional sale, we don’t stop working until your home sells.
4. We price your home right from the start.
Evaluation the market value of a home can be quite difficult, depending upon the area and local market conditions. We take our time evaluating your home by considering the unique attributes that you love about your home, while also considering how a buyer will view the home in comparison to other recent sales and active competition.
5. We think outside the box.
If your home isn’t generating offers, we will brainstorm with you on how to change that.
6. We work with you until closing.
We personally handle any negotiations with banks and/or buyers. We don’t hand your home off to a third party negotiator once we have an offer. We work with you ever step of the way.
7. We are professionally aggressive.
We act professionally aggressive on your behalf so that money isn’t left on the table, but everyone feels comfortable throughout the transaction.
