Austin Denson

I am a proud San Diego native and a 2012 graduate of Coronado High School. As a former
quarterback on the collegiate football team at Bethany College, I excelled both on the field and
in the classroom, earning degrees in Finance, Business Administration, and Management.

After a successful college football career, I transitioned into the business world, initially working
in the niche field of crop insurance. Later, I ventured into the dynamic realm of financial
technology as a technical recruiter. However, I discovered my true passion in real estate, where I found a meaningful way to blend my business acumen with my desire to make a positive impact on families.

I find immense fulfillment in selling real estate because it allows me to play a pivotal role in one
of the most significant aspects of people's lives – their homes. I take pride in helping families navigate the complexities of buying or selling property, turning what can be a stressful process into a smooth and rewarding experience. The opportunity to positively impact families’ lives is what makes selling real estate truly gratifying for me.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and going on adventures with my loyal
companion, Hazel, a spirited Rottweiler. Whether it's hiking, pickleball, or simply spending
quality time with friends, I'm consistently engaged in various physical activities, embracing an active lifestyle whenever possible.

My background as a collegiate athlete has proven to be an asset in my real estate career.
Playing quarterback in college instilled in me the ability to handle high-pressure situations,
make strategic decisions under stress, and effectively lead a team. These skills seamlessly
translate to real estate transactions, allowing me to absorb the stress on behalf of my clients,
make informed decisions, and guide them through the process with confidence and composure.
