Coronado Restaurants Offering Gluten Free Menu Items
Whether you live in Coronado or you’re visiting for the weekend you already know how special our little island is. From beach walks and bike rides down Orange Avenue to sunset dinners at the Ferry Landing, food is a big part of the Coronado lifestyle.
But if you eat gluten free, finding safe and clearly labeled options can take extra time. My mother in law and close friend both have Celiacs Disease, so finding safe food options for them is a high priority of mine, so I put together this up-to-date guide to Coronado restaurants that explicitly list gluten-free items on their menus.
This guide focuses only on restaurants that:
-
Clearly label gluten-free items on their menus, or
-
Explicitly state gluten-free availability online
No guessing. No assumptions.

To make dining out even easier, I created a free downloadable Gluten‑Free Coronado Map featuring every restaurant listed below.
