June 2021 Coronado Bucket List

With San Diego entering the yellow tier, and the world opening back up, I want to try something new!  Each month, I will create a bucket list of ideas for things to do in and around Coronado.  I hope you'll follow along!

This month, check out 6 activities that I think you'll enjoy:

Enjoy a Movie Night on the Beach:

Snuggle up on the beach and watch a movie under the stars.  The Hotel Del is screening Minions (2015) on June 12 at 8:30pm.  General admission is $25/person and includes a cozy beach chair.  VIP admission is $300 and includes a bonfire, s'mores for 4, 2 beach chairs, and a Del beach daybed.  *VIP Reservation must be made in advance*  Click here to reserve your spot!

CHS Powder Puff Game:

Cheer on the Junior and Senior girls at the annual CHS Powder Puff Game.  The game will be held on Friday, June 11 at 7:00pm on the field.

Grad Night 2021:

After over a year of distance learning, the 2021 graduates deserve a celebration!  Come support the CMS 8th graders on Wednesday, June 16 and the CHS Seniors on Thursday, June 17.

Dance the night away at the first Concert in the Park of the 2021 Season:

You heard me right! Concerts in the Park are back and are kicking off with a double header on Father's Day, June 20.  The first concert will begin at 4:30pm featuring Coronado Concert Band, followed by It's Never 2L8 at 6:30pm.  Bring your dinner and dancing shoes to kick off the season!  For more information, check out our blog post with the 2021 concert schedule.

Hop a Ride on the FREE Summer Shuttle:

Discover Coronado has sponsore the FREE Summer Shuttle again for the 2021 Summer!  The Free Summer Shuttle will run through Labor Day, Sept. 6, every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and one hour later on Friday and Saturday. More details on the program here: http://bit.ly/ShuttleInfo2021
